Kiki and I are looking for a quiet space...

I am looking for a quiet space, a Studio or large room ideally with a small garden for Kiki (a very affectionate senior lady lurcher). We are sensitive to light, sounds, and smells.

We are looking for a warm and inviting place, in a nice area with animal lovers.

Good WIFI for AI research and writing would be appreciated, as would some accommodation for Vegan sensitivities.

I would like to be able to take Kiki on some gentle walks nearby while her health is good, enjoying some sun and shade in the garden when available.

As a Public Governor for an NHS Trust I would ideally prefer a location in easy reach of Brighton & Hove, however as most of my contact is through Teams this is not a high priority consideration.

I am happy to help around the house, look after another animal, watch a little TV and have a friendly chat.
