Hi there, I am a professional who works for local radio and Ernest Jones who is looking for a place to live in York and surrounding area. I would be a very reasonable housemate, I actually really like cleaning, hoovering, tidying etc and always down for chats whilst cooking in the kitchen. I am after a furnished place that won't break the bank with the standard amenities. I do currently have a car so I would be after parking but this is not essential if this is not possible. I enjoy a range of TV and films as well as music. Have been in student-style accommodation and housing in York for 4 years so looking for something a bit different for a year.
