Room required

Hi there!

My name is Alex, I’m 40 years old and moving to St Andrews for a new job starting on 1st September. I’m looking for a room to rent from late August, ideally for 6 to 12 months.

I’m a friendly, respectful and tidy person who values a relaxed and comfortable home. I’m open to living with people of any age or background and I’m equally happy in a social or quieter household. I always pay rent on time, keep shared spaces clean, and am easy to live with.

Outside of work, I enjoy all sports, walking, being outside and socialising. I’m someone who’s considerate, friendly and reliable. I can provide references and proof of employment if needed.
