Professional Seeking Furnished Double Room! 🙂

Hello,
I currently reside in Gateshead Newcastle and I am looking to move in the next few weeks.

What I’m looking for:
+ furnished double room with separate office or desk.
+ parking. Preferably free
+ non-smoking. I have severe asthma and cannot have passive or active smoke.
+ fast WiFi for remote work
+ no more than three people.
+ hopefully a cleaner for communal area’s.

My work/schedule (Self Employed)
> I run my own limited company for neurodiverse assessments. This is remote and part-time hours.
> I work freelance as a massage therapist once a week on a Thursday.
> I’m an author and illustrator. I self-publish children’s books in amongst other creative content.

Personal Info 🙋‍♀️
• I have additional needs – diagnosed Autism, ADHD, HedS and Asthma. You don’t have to be neurodivergent for us to live together but acceptance is essential
• I’m more reserved than the typical person. I am social but need time to recharge and decompress on my own too.
• I do not snore. I take my shoes off in the house. I don’t listen to loud music or music aloud. I love my headphones and ear defenders. I don’t drink or smoke. I do not use drugs.

Things you want to know but don’t know how to ask 🕵️‍♀️
✨ cleaning 🧽 I am a generally tidy person. I clean my plates, the shower after use, do not leave things on the floor etc. With shared areas let me know how you want to do this as I am cool with a unofficial or official Rota or cleaner.
✨ cooking/food shopping 🛒 I will cook all my own meals. I eat the same things a lot and have food preferences, so it is easier for me this way,
✨ miscellaneous items: I am comfortable sharing these like toilet roll, washing up liquid etc. but if you want these separate that’s ok too let me know.
