I am a professional male aged 54. I am looking for a single or double room for a minimum of 1 month, whilst on an interim Director role for a financial services company. have stayed in a hotel for 2 months and I am looking to lower my costs, but comparing this to a hotel stay, so dont want to pay a deposit, and will pay 1 month up front, ideally on a month by month basis, until I confirm within 4 weeks if I will stay longer, in which case I would commit to 6 months, I am available to move from 17th Feb min 1 month, pay up front and will notify of extension by the end of the month if you havent found another tenant, so could give you income whilst you look for a longer term share. Ideally budget of £500 - 650 pcm, no deposit.
