Postgraduate looking for room

Hi! I'm Tiffany, 35 year old American coming from 12 years of living and working in Italy to complete a masters in creative writing in Manchester. Available to move from early to mid September. I'm looking for a double or single room with parking, have a budget of £600pcm, prefer to live with females but open to mixed. No hard age limits but would prefer professionals or older students. I'm easy-going, enjoy climbing and board games, have a sociable cat. I love being social - roommate dinners or hangouts - but do need my introvert time, so I keep to myself when I need to recharge.
