Room wanted

This is Milan (Indian/Italian 28 yo) and I am looking for a short-sublet at the end of summer!

A little bit about me: I'm a scientist at a university in central London and I'm currently finishing my PhD in Women's Health. I'm currently in my healthy lifestyle era and I love a good routine, enjoy running and eating clean! I have a few different interests (fitness, reading, going out, cooking, planning holidays, deep discussions with my friends, learning about other cultures - currently learning how to swim properly). I'm friendly and chatty and overall easily entertained :)

I'm looking for a room and I prioritise privacy and a chill & clean environment! Super open for the dinner hosting with friends and extra points if you have capacity to do a barbeque! I have over 7 years of flatshare experience and I've always become friends with the people I lived with, so this is a way for me to also meet new faces! My preferred area at the minute is Bermonsdey/ Elephant and Castle or Borough. I can also look into West Hampstead/ Willesden Green/ Wembley Park/ Greenwich/ Blackheath

I prefer not having any agencies involved, as I need the room only for a short time (I can provide guarantors/ references/ work employment contracts or anything else you might need etc without issues). Budget is £900 per month, bills included (I have some flexibility for the right place). The budget may seem on the low end at first, but I really do take care of the space as if it was my own, I prioritise cleanliness & openly communicate about anything sharing-related and I resepct the vibe of the flat!

My work is nearly completed, so I'm looking for something short term (move in date on 28th of August and move out date somewhat flexible, however within the first 10 days of October).
