International PhD student/looking for a cozy home

Hi! I’m Farah — an international PhD student (from Palestine) starting at Newcastle University this October. I’ll be arriving early-September and looking for a friendly, tidy home to settle into.
* 25, clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces
* friendly & sociable, but also value quiet time to focus on my studies
* love cooking, exploring new cafes, and planning future travels
* have lived with rommates before so used to shared living
Looking for:
* ideally an ensuite room (private bathroom) in a female house,
* available from early September,
* somewhere warm and welcoming where flatmates might share a chat or occasional meal.

I also have a UK guarantor already sorted.
