Retired professional female seeks room

After many years in London, I plan to relocate to the south coast for clean air and a different pace of life.

I am sociable and responsible, tolerant and friendly, and I'm looking for an en-suite room (ideally with a walk-in shower) between Brighton and Peacehaven. I'd prefer not to have to negotiate too many steps: ground or first floor would be best.

Looking to move by the end of July, but I'm flexible.
