My name is Tom (29), and my partner Jemima and I are seeking a long-term rental from 11 April (minimum 12 months). We are interested in apartments around Finsbury Park/ Hackney area.
We are both in full-time employment, non-smokers, and have no pets. We are looking to rent a one- or two-bedroom flat, as an entire property.
Depending on availability, we are also open to renting a larger apartment suitable for three occupants, as we may join-up with my partners sister who is likewise in full-time employment, a non-smoker, and has no pets.
We have some furnishings but are happy to consider both furnished and unfurnished properties.
