Here’s a little bit about me:
1. I spent two years studying in China while living in a student dorm with flatmates from different backgrounds, so I’m very used to shared living and always try to keep things tidy and respectful for everyone.
2. I’m hoping to move in before dec. if possible.
3. I’m planning to stay for at least three months.
4. I plan to start working in Jan.
5. Since I have a stable financial background from helping run my family’s business in Korea, I am fully capable of paying the rent on time without any issues.
6. I’m a non-smoker and I don’t have any pets.
7. I’m tidy, respectful, and friendly 😊
