1B Flat or Studio ONLY - No shared flats

Hi, my name is Emilio. I’m 24 and moving to London for work — I’m in private equity, which keeps me quite busy during the week, so I really value a peaceful and tidy home where I can unwind and recharge. That said, I’m easygoing and social, always up for meeting new people, sharing a drink, or a good chat when there’s time!

Outside of work, I’m into running, the gym, reading, art, and the occasional night out. I’d describe myself as relaxed and friendly, but I also really value cleanliness, order, and mutual respect for personal space.

I’m primarily looking in Notting Hill, Marylebone, Victoria, Pimlico, Shoreditch, Aldgate East, London Bridge, and surrounding neighborhoods. Ideally, the flat would be as close as possible to my office in St James, and being near a District or Circle line station would be a strong plus.

My budget is £1,500–£2,000 all-in (Rent + Services) for a studio or a 1B flat, with some flexibility for the right place. I’m looking for a contract of at least six months or more. We can agree on a long term contract if convenient.

My planned move-in date is around the 22rd (±2 days flexible).
