Looking For A Chill Flat

I am a fitness instructor looking for a chill, friendly, clean and relatively peaceful flat.

a bit about me: as I said, I am a fitness instructor so my interests are fitness (big shock) I love circus training and calisthenics, dance, Hiit, everything to be honest. outside of all that, I like exploring cafes and charity shops, good films pop ups etc etc. I'm often out and about most of the day either teaching or training pretty much 7 days a week so it's really just mornings and evenings that I am at home. I don't bring guests round or throw parties so you never have to worry about that.

what am I looking for: I'm open to be honest. I have always wanted a friendship flat with a small group of similar minded people where we can make food together and chat but to be honest, that's rare and I am also very happy to find a flat where we just get on but live our own lives, as long as we are both clean, respectful and quiet after like 10pm.

I would love my own bathroom if possible, a bspacious modern kitchen and a dishwasher. apparently that's asking too much in London :)))

my max budget is 1200 and that's including bills so if you're asking for more, no, I really can't take it.
