Returning to London for Masters and need a home

they/them - mid 30s
I am returning to London to do a second Masters degree at UCL.

I currently live in Montreal, Canada. I speak English and French fluently, and a smattering of other languages.
I am a performer by training and am pursing an MPA in Policy for two years so that I can make good use of my time when I am not performing by advocating for better conditions for workers, particularly those in the arts.
I'm queer, a socialist and a nerd. I'm a political person so shared values are really important to me. Community care, clear communication and boundaries Kindness. Yes on intersectionality, no to bigots. Free Palestine.

My focus for my time in London will be my studies so I need a place to stay which is relatively quiet.
I'm a creative and playful person who likes to keep the home place light. I like looking after plants or a little vegetable plot, quiet evenings reading in the twilight etc. I like chatting to my flatmates and being sociable, but while respecting each others' space. I am a big fan of monthly meals all together. Not looking for a party house.

I love art (all kinds), reading, hiking, cinema, travelling, cooking (esp. baking), crafting (knitting, crochet, etc), hugging trees, going for long walks, interesting conversations, silliness... etc
