Looking for a flatmate/ Buddy Up

Hi!

I am looking to move into a 2-bedroom flat with someone whom I can get along with well and be friends with ideally :) I am clean and tidy, I like cozy nights in, but I do enjoy going out with friends and having food/ drinks/ coffee together. I would usually go to the gym during the week after work, or run, and I like exploring the city and going to events (I love cultural events), but equally I enjoy some time on my own. I work in the office mostly and work from home once a week usually.

I am looking into moving to a 2-bedroom flat in the building complex I live in currently (I will be moving out of my current flat) from beginning of March - it is in Salford just next to Spinningfields and it has a 24/7 concierge, gym, co-working spaces, bookable rooms and events every month. The community and location is great and I would very much like to stay here, and I am looking to find someone lke-minded to share a flat with me :)
