Looking for flat/house share or buddy up🫶🏼

Hi, I'm Madeleine (aged 24) and I'm looking for an existing flat or house share or someone to buddy up with so that we can look together. Due to the new tenancy laws, the couple that I have been sharing with have decided to end our contract early and move out, leaving the second bedroom available. However, the landlord has only given me one week (!) to fill the space if I wanted to keep living here, which has proven to be quite stressful, so I thought it would be worth branching out and looking for a new place to live and I'm always open to a new adventure!

Some more details:

The move out date for my current flat is July 15th, so I would ideally be looking to move out anywhere from the end of June to that mentioned date, otherwise I will literally be homeless🤣.

Location wise I'm very open. I currently live in north London and have been for the last 8 months, and I really like it here. However I'm also flexible and will take suggestions from anywhere, but preferably north, east or south east.

My budget is around £1000pcm max (bills included) and I can do both furnished and unfurnished living as I currently have my own furniture but can also put it in storage/ it if needed.

Ideally I would be looking to share with girls in their 20s who are looking to be friends as well as flat mates but also respect each others space. I work full time in central London so I won't be in the flat 24/7 but would also like to be able to come home to some nice girls so that we can make it more of a home rather than just a shared living space! I'm also super clean and tidy and would like to share with people who are the same.
