Hi! I’m a 24-year-old professional who just got a job in Birmingham. I’m looking for a sociable but respectful house share with other friendly professionals or postgrads.

I’m tidy, considerate, and like to keep shared spaces clean. Outside of work, I’m into running, climbing, and getting outdoors. I’ve got a car so would ideally need somewhere with nearby parking.

I’m looking for a home, not just a room. Somewhere people get along, enjoy the occasional catch-up in the kitchen, but also respect each other’s space. I’m easygoing, friendly, and always up for contributing to a good house vibe.

Ideally looking in Birmingham or nearby areas with good transport links. Budget around £450 to £700 including bills.
