Looking for a Flat Mate

Hi , I currently live at the marina but my flat mate is moving out and our tenancy ends here in may .

I’m looking to buddy up with a new flat mate to rent a nice 2 bed/ 2 en-suites at brighton marina or in hove . The flats at the marina mostly come with 2 beds and 2 en-suites so ideal for 2 professionals sharing . They currently rent for around £1450-£1650 a month . I’m looking for a professional kind roommate who doesn’t mind 2 little guinea pigs who would be in my room .

So about me : I’m a dental nurse , I work for an a dental agency 3/4 times a week . I have arthritis so this limits being able to work full time, but i get extra support and easily pay all my rent and bills .
I’m very kind and friendly and I love eating out and going to musicals and travelling , i would say i’m a quiet person but love a good chat , so would be nice to be friendly with the person i live with , and it would be great to have a drink or movie from time to time , but no pressure . I’m LGBT , and looking for an open minded and kind flat mate . I love the marina , I have lived here for about a year now , when my current tenancy ends in May the landlord is selling the flat , but there are always lots to rent here and hoping to find a two bedroom for around £1500 so £750 each in rent ideally .

A deposit would be around £900 each .
