Student in London- 12 month lease

Hi! I’m living in London for school and looking for a new accommodation. I’ll need a 10-month lease, and I am looking for a female only flat ideally in st. lukes/old street area, farringdon or holborn. I’m open to flatshares and would love to live with people around my age (early 20s), but that’s not a dealbreaker. Just looking for respectful, easygoing flatmates. Ideally I would like to move in early July but im flexible.

A bit about me: I’m a student who loves exploring new places, traveling, and making the most out of living in a city like London. I enjoy going out, trying new restaurants, and soaking up the culture, but I also love cozy nights in with Netflix, good food, and conversation.
