Hi, I’m looking for a double room to move into from end of August. I would prefer to share with a mixed group of males and females, ideally social housemates that like to do activities together now and then (like grabbing a coffee or watching a film) and also respect privacy and quiet time.

I’m a clean individual, clean after myself and leave spaces in the condition I found them as a minimum, I do appreciate those principles. Would prefer staying around heat on or Jesmond area. My budget varies depending on how nice the room and house is but ideally £500 to £600ish.

A bit about me: I’m a 25-year-old professional. I enjoy spending time with friends, especially doing park runs and other sports, and I’m also quite focused and studious when it comes to my work. The main reason I’m looking to move is that a few of my current housemates are relocating to London, so I’m hoping to find a new place where I can feel settled and at home.
