Looking for a 1 person to rent a place together

Hello, my name is Stephania, I am 33 and I work as a Software engineer in a start up in Spitalfields. I am looking for someone to form a new share in a house that ideally has a 2 separate bathrooms. I would also consider a 3bed place, so, being 3 flatmates in total!

A little bit for me:
I am from Greece and moved to London 2.5 year ago but now I have to leave the place I am currently living. As a person, I am social, easy going, like to have a clean house and I would ideally like to spend some time with my new flatmate, watching a movie or having a glass of wine after work or even go for a beer to a pub :) I also love video games, board games and puzzles, so it would be amazing to share a flat with a like-minded person-people 😊

Through the week, I am working from the office 2-3 times per week, and WFH 2-3 times, which means I would probably want to find a place with rooms big enough to fit a working desk. Also, I am trying to go to the gym if not every day, every two days. I love aerial acrobatics, reformer pilates and functional training.

Because of my work and gym location I would love to stay near the area of N1 (Angel, Highbury, Hoxton, deBeauvoir or Haggerston). I would be open to discuss other areas but it is really important to me that they are in cycling distance (20min or less ideally) from Spitalfields & Old Street and that the area does not feel unsafe at night :)
