Hi there!

I’m Grace, and I’m looking for a buddy to share a place with after my current tenancy ends on October 23rd (possibly earlier).

A little about me: I work in the tech industry in a hybrid setup—2–3 days in the office and the rest from home. Outside of work, I enjoy activities like dancing and badminton, but I also appreciate quieter pastimes such as watching movies, listening to musicals/plays, and reading.

Ideally, I’d love to find someone I can also be friends with. I’m clean, tidy, would like to have catch-ups/ conversations with my flatmates but also respect their personal space.

In terms of location, I’m not set on being right in the city center, but I’d like somewhere with easy access to it.
