Hi! I’m a 31-year-old Norwegian guy who’s just moved to London to start as a postdoctoral researcher in neuroscience at UCL. I’m looking for a double room around Central/North London.
I’m pretty easy-going and focus mainly on my research, but I definitely enjoy socializing with flatmates - whether that’s cooking together, sharing a beer, or exploring London’s food scene (especially Asian cuisine).
When I’m not in the lab, you’ll probably find me out running (training for marathons), hiking when I can escape the city, or surprisingly enough, knitting - just picked it up and turns out I’m quite into working with wool! I also enjoy VR gaming and trying out new cocktail spots.
I’m looking for somewhere I can settle for 2+ years, ideally with young professionals or academics (PhD students, postdocs, or similar).
I keep my space organized and do a proper clean weekly. Non-smoker, no pets, and happy to contribute to a friendly household atmosphere.
