Looking for a Buddy to rent with

Hi, my name is Khaalid, I am a structural engineer starting a new job in Exeter with a company based in the city center. I am looking for a place close to the highstreet up to a 30-minute cycle distance. I am a clean and well organised person who can cook and is very good at communicating and will always meet any deadlines.

I’m looking to stay somewhere for at least 6 months up to 1 year but if all is good, can extend indefinitely. Ideally, I am also looking for someone that wouldn’t mind to collab on renting a place together and splitting the bills equally.

The type of property I’m looking for is a room with a double bed and space for myself (roughly 13 square meters or more), a separate shared living room and kitchen, and preferably my own bathroom but not opposed to a shared bathroom so long as it can be kept clean.
