Mature Student looking for property in Sept!

I am a 39 yr old Black-British, chilled, creative christian male (6’2), currently residing in Birmingham, looking for a quiet, clean and spacious property in Liverpool with mature, tidy flatmates who are respectful and chilled!

I’m interested in moving to Liverpool in early to mid September 2025 for the beginning of the academic year! I’ll be studying music production at ICMP in the city centre! I hope to stay beyond my course if circumstances permit! I like to cook, create, travel and explore! However I do also like my own personal space as my faith, spiritual wellbeing and boundaries are very important to me! I will also do my best to be respectful, tidy, honest and communicative where necessary!

I mean no disrespect but to save all of our time, I especially require low/no deposit, as the cost of moving as well as student-life can be quite demanding financially. I hope you can understand this!
