I work in tech/Data&AI and my office is in Paddington. I’m fairly flexible on location and am considering West London, North West London, Canary Wharf/Docklands and other well-connected parts of London. Good transport links are more important to me than a particular postcode, ideally keeping the commute to Paddington within around 30–40 minutes.
My budget is around £1,000–£1,400 per month, depending on the room, location and whether bills are included. I’m mainly looking for a good-sized double room, and an en-suite would be a bonus.
A little about me: I’m tidy, respectful and easy-going. During the week I’m usually working or at the gym, and I enjoy running, sports and exploring London in my free time. I’m sociable and happy to chat, have dinner or occasionally go out with flatmates, but I also value everyone having their own space.
I’m a non-smoker and looking for a clean, relaxed and friendly household that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
