6-12 month tenancy in house/flat share

Hi! I’m ideally looking for a 12 month tenancy starting around September 2025, but shorter terms or different start dates may work for me. I am looking to live in the Chorlton, Withington or Didsbury areas, but also open to other locations such as the centre or Salford.

I work full time Mon-Fri in a hybrid role, so would be working some days at home and others in the city centre. I would prefer to live with other professionals, but also happy to live with post-grads or similar.

I am a sociable chatty person and very easy to get on with (without bigging myself up too much), so would love to join a sociable house/flat with a shared living room. I like a clean household and enjoy my own space sometimes, but I absolutely don’t mind if you like to host friends round. I lived in Manchester for 5 years previously and have a lot of friends still based here, so would always be welcome to join us for any activities.

Love a bit of football, splitting my time between playing 5 a side, following my beloved club Wolves, or going to watch West Dids & Chorlton on a Saturday. Love a casual pub night, a gig or an occasional night out to all sorts of events. Other interests include reading, running, and half-arsing learning a language. I don’t smoke (sober) anymore but don’t mind if you do.
