Quiet, Tidy Flatmate + Cat Looking for a Calm Home

Hello! I'm looking for a quiet, respectful flat to share with a like-minded person (people). I work full-time in marketing and I’m also an artist, so I really value having a peaceful place to unwind.

I’m pretty low-key — most evenings I’m happy staying in, cooking for myself, or working on creative projects, though I enjoy the occasional night out. On weekends, I like getting outside for hikes or day trips, though most often I'm happily buried in my latest art endeavor. Having enough space for a desk/project area is important.

I don’t smoke (asthma) or partake in 'edgier' substances (as the kids definitely don't say). I'd like to be in a home free of those things, though I don't mind if flatmates enjoy such things outside of the flat.

I come with a cat. She’s 15, has three legs, and has a clean bill of health. She’s a quiet, clean, indoor cat who mostly naps, stays off the furniture (unless placed there) and occasionally wants to be chased.

I’m fairly easygoing about everyday clutter in shared spaces — things get busy sometimes — but I generally keep my own clutter to my room and try to be respectful of common areas.
