🔑Quiet location needed and bills included preferably.

👉🏻Wanting a family home reasonably priced, a flat, or a live in landlord.

🗨️ Location must be reasonably quiet (no noise with housemates preferably beyond 11pm as I will have a very intense job and needs sleep). Also no smoking non party house please.

🏡Sharing with kind people are a must. Looking for around 1 year stay possibly more.

Location looking for in Canterbury: CT1 must be within reasonable walking distance to the police station, cown courts and not too far from the town centre. Also within walking distance to Aldi and local shops plus a gym (really need to be near a gym). Also walking distance to the train.

About me 👋🏻: Warm, respectful, able to get on with anyone, and very hardworking.
