Hi, my name is Eliane and I’m a full-time working professional in the construction and built-environment sector, relocating to the Cambridge area for a new role as a Digital MEP/BIM Coordinator. I’m clean, organised, respectful, and very reliable with rent, and I value a calm, well-kept living environment. I live a fairly quiet lifestyle during the week, but I do have a partner who would stay over most weekends, so I’m looking for a place where that’s comfortable and agreed upfront. I’m open to a studio if the price is reasonable, or an ensuite room in a well-maintained property with good transport links. My ideal move-in date is end of February to beginning of March, and I’m happy to arrange viewings and provide references if needed.
