House share West London to include W12

I'm friendly, easy to get along with, clean, tidy, respectful/consciously aware of my surroundings and everyone i come into contact with, and expect the same in return. Most importantly, i pay my bills on time and in full for everything i purchase! I work in Education as an Exam Invigilator in the private sector, and i'm an actor as well.

Very sociable,, varied interests including the usual, bars, dinner/drinks, going out, trips away, events, etc., but also love 'me' time, whether that's time spent in nature/garden, meditation/spiritual, gardening or reading a good book.

Essentials looking for - Garden, shared Living Room, Parking (would be great, but optional) love animals, so no issue if have in home, or pet sit occasionally. All bills included is a must!

I consider myself to be a trustworthy, authentic and genuine soul who loves life, to laugh, who's sensible, reliable, but also, doesn't take life too seriously.

Oh, I also have a piano which i would love to bring to my new abode, but know that may not be possible....a loving home will be found for her. If on the other hand there is space and any one who is musical/plays, your more than welcome to tinkle away to your hearts content.

Timescale for my availability now is probably after Xmas/mid Jan 2026 but could be shorter, if a suitable abode comes up!
