Looking for room / Buddy up in Manchester/Salford

Looking for a flat mate (ideally female or non binary) to move around beginning-mid of October. Budget is 1000 including bills but I'm flexible about it.

I'd love to have a single/double room with a bathtub (no need to be en-suite and also not a deal breaker), would be nice to have a big kitchen and a patio/balcony. Ideally is in west Manchester or Salford but I'm flexible as long as is close to my office.

About me:

I am a technical artist in a gaming company, I enjoy having chats as well as having my own time. I consider myself tidy and clean. I love crafting/drawing in my free time as well as watching movies/shows. I love cooking mexican food and I am always happy to make some cookies with you. I'm all for communication so I'd expect the same from you, no big dramas and always talk if something is bothering you. I'm overall quite but I can get a bit loud if I'm in the phone with my parents, this usually only happens once a week and before 10pm.
