Looking for room to rent with cat

Hii! I’m just starting my Bachelor's in Digital Marketing at Abertay University and looking for a cosy, comfortable home where I can settle in and focus on my studies. I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I love traveling and I enjoy socialising but also value a peaceful environment to unwind or work on projects.

I’ll be moving with my very friendly cat, Jared 🐱. He’s affectionate, clean and might be a little shy at first. He mostly naps, watches birds from the window or quietly keeps me company.

Ideally, I’m looking for a pet-friendly place with flatmates who are open-minded, friendly, and considerate.
