Looking for Double En-Suite

Hi! My name is David. I am a DPhil student at Oxford in plant biology. My current lease in Marston is up at the end of August, and I am looking for a change. Ideally, I am after a double room with an en-suite. I love to cook and host, so a well-equipped kitchen would be great—but I do keep very clean. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are ideal, too. An outdoor patio or garden is also preferred. Location near the city centre would be best, as I walk or cycle to work.
