Current flatmate wants his girlfriend to move in and its become an awkward situation, hoping to find more social/tidy flatmates near my work at the dementia research institute in denmark hill. Ideally wanting to be situated near Ruskin park or Brockwell park but open to areas nearby Camberwell and Brixton. Laidback, former chef, down to cook, chill and get to lots of live music. I'm usually drawing on my computer, reading in the park or having a cold one. Able to move anytime around mid April though my visa expires in mid October. While Im hoping to stay for a PhD I might move to France
