Young Professional in need of residence

Hi, I’m Owen, 24, a young professional currently commuting in from Oxford and now looking to move into London properly.

I’m keen to find a double room in a well-connected area, ideally with other young professionals in a lively neighbourhood. I’m looking for a 6–12 month tenancy and can move in soon.

I work 9-5.30 and from home a 3 days a week, so a calm space to work (and room for a desk) is important. Outside of work I’m pretty active (in the gym or running most days) and I’m hoping to get back into rugby once I’m settled. I’m social in the evenings and at weekends, but respectful of people’s space during the week.

I’m tidy, considerate, and enjoy cooking, and I’m looking for a house that’s friendly and sociable but also sensible and clean. Happy to chat or come for a viewing.
