Looking for quiet flat

Hi! I’m a working professional currently employed at a fashion store. I’m looking for a quiet and tidy flat with other professionals who value a calm and respectful home environment.

I don’t throw parties or invite friends over often — I prefer a peaceful space where everyone can relax after work. I sometimes play guitar and sing, but I always keep the volume very low and make sure it doesn’t disturb anyone.

I also prefer a place that’s not too noisy from traffic or outside sounds. My interests include reading, listening to music, singing, playing instruments, and fashion. I really appreciate good communication and mutual respect between flatmates.
