Need A Flat by August!!!

Hello everyone and happy summer 2025!

I am looking for a FURNISHED flat for my partner and I to live in for a few months as our main property is currently being refurbished/remodelled.

We are looking for a short-term rental with the possibility to extend if and when needed, something that can be available for 2, 3 or 4 months (initially). We are very clean and quiet and would ideally like to live in a calm area with close proximity to grocery stores.

We are hoping for a studio or 1 bedroom that is available immediately. We don't need wifi as we have our own but a parking spot is crucial as we have 2 vehicles. My partner works all day so his vehicle is okay being parked off street in the evenings, but I work from home and my car will most likely need a designated spot.

If you have anything you think might be of interest, we are rather flexible so it doesn't hurt to reach out. We are open to taking over the remainder of a tenancy that is ending, or agreeing to be subletters if need be.
