A Bit About Me

Hi there I'm a single professional looking for a spot to call home, would much rather join a house already set up than a brand new buddy up situation, looking for a place to ground for a while around interesting, fun, clean and tidy people, who can balance the hang out and alone time vibes. I am looking for a room that has enough space for me to roll out my yoga mat as a fairly regular daily practise makes me feel energised for the day but failing that a communal space that I can take over for 30 minutes in the morning. I’m looking in the Leyton (or surrounding areas) of East London but needs to be in walking distance to a tube station for work reasons, not a fan of mainline trains or overground (I have my reasons lol) the room needs to have a window (feel like that should be standard but this is London after all) a spot to park my car via street permit or drive would be sensational other than that my needs are pretty simple :) I'm clean, tidy, respectful, thoughtful and fun (just ask my past house mates they are on standby for references) I am available to move in start of September, so look forward to hearing from you soon.
