Room wanted

Hi! I’m Kai :) I’m a 23 year old student looking to flat share or a studio room. I’m quiet but friendly and a big booklover 📚. I prefer calm evenings and respect for shared spaces.
Looking for:

A furnished double room, ideally in a flat with female housemates only
Rent around £800-850 a month maximum, bills included if possible.
Move-in from March 2026 for at least 6 months.

I’m tidy, respectful, and enjoy gentle social time or evenings on my own—perfect if you like your own space but don’t mind saying socialising now and then :)

Would love to hear about the flat, the housemates, and see a few photos if possible!
