Responsibe male seeking room in quiet house

Hello.
I am. a mature, responsible male, young 66 years old originally from Yorkshire. Although I am now retired from from my professional career as an IT Development and Deployment Engineer, I undertake voluntary work for the Youth Hostel Association (YHA) on a ad-hoc basis.
I have a wide variety of interests as you can see.
I take a pride in things and like a neat and tidy house. As I like peace and quiet, the house must reflect this.
Although I am a social animal, I'm also like my own space.
The room is just for myself.
I have a decent income which includes 2 private pensions and the full state pension.
A property landlord myself, which also gives me an additional income, my property (in Cardiff) is let out long term hence needing a rental for an interim period. I can commit to at least six months - probably longer and would be prepared to sign a contract to this effect.
I can supply 2 private landlords and a letting agency as references verifying I have never been in rent arrears and always had deposits in full returned after end of tenacies.
I can can also give proof of income.
I am prepared to pay up to £650 PCM to include all bills and if possible, parking.
I would be looking to move in August.
I sincerely hope someone out there can help me secure a room.
