Looking for a buddy up x

Looking to buddy up with another girl for a lovely 2 bed 2 bath new build apartment.

My budget is £1100 without bills.

I am open to areas as long as it’s easy an easy commute to get into the city. But specially south east/east as they have nice newbuilds.

I am very clean and I am looking for someone who can keep communal areas clean, and would like to make a genuine friend out of not just strangers living in the flat.

I am looking to move minimum 18th October, but can move a bit before.

PS I have a Pomeranian who lives with my mother, sometimes I have him but usually
once every 3/4 months so has to be pet friendly. xx
