Chilled, Creative 25 y/o Professional Guy

Hey! I’m Kai (24,(25 in September) he/him), working full-time in marketing here in Bristol. I’m looking for a clean, friendly and respectful house-share with like-minded people, ideally other professionals or postgrads who value structure but also enjoy good conversations, chilled evenings, and a bit of fun too.

I’m sociable but also enjoy my own space. I’m into photography, art, politics, sci-fi, and movies, whether it’s diving into a weird indie film or talking current affairs. I love wine in the evenings and binging a series. (Currently the walking dead) I’m half German and speak the language too 🇩🇪

I keep things tidy and organised, and I’m definitely looking for a home, not a party house.

I’d love to live with people in their mid-20s to mid-30s who are driven, thoughtful, and considerate. People who are doing their own thing, but who you can still watch a film with or have a laugh in the kitchen. No loud late-night chaos at 12am on a weekday, just a respectful, functional vibe.

Looking to move from late October onwards. Budget is flexible depending on the setup, ideally around 500-700 with blls included.
