Looking for a friendly house to join!

Hi, I’m Katy, I’m 23 and I’m looking to move from my current houseshare in SE London for a better commute to my grad job working at Unilever in their Kingston office. I’m looking for a sociable house, but I’m not a party animal! 🙈

My budget varies between 700-£900 pcm inc bills. I’m not after anything fancy but the room needs to be big enough for a desk as I’ll work from home a couple of days a week and preferably come part/full furnished. I would love to have housemates that become my friends! :)

I’m looking around the tooting/ earlsfield/ Wimbledon area but I’m flexible as long as it’s a good commute into central! I’m super tidy and clean (I was basically a part-time cleaner at my uni houses!) and love a balance of socialising but also chilling!
