LFS Grad Student with 2 Calm Pets

Relocating from California to attend the London Film School (MA program) this September. I previously worked in the LA film industry for 5 years, but am now pursuing my Master’s to grow creatively and eventually teach.
I’m looking for a furnished room or 1-bedroom flat starting September 1st (open to late August). Preferably near public transport, in a calm, well-connected area.

I’m a quiet, minimalist, and respectful tenant. On weekends, I either volunteer, work on set, or travel/explore. I'm in my early 30s, LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, and prefer peaceful, intentional living environments.

Important note: I do have two very chill, independent pets:
Athena (Shiba Inu) – doesn’t bark, fully trained
Kefla (Calico cat) – relaxed, affectionate, and very low energy

Both are apartment-raised and cause no damage or disruption. I fully understand the hesitation around pets, especially in shared settings, and I’m happy to talk through any concerns.
