QMU student seeking east‑side room/flatshare – Aug

Hello! I’m Blair, starting 2nd year in full‑time degree at Queen Margaret University this September. I’m looking for a room in a shared flat (or a one‑bedroom flat) on the east side of Edinburgh (Musselburgh, Portobello, Meadowbank, Abbeyhill, Leith Walk, etc.) along bus routes 4 or 30 so I can commute easily to campus and the city.

Budget: ideally £600–£850 per month (including bills)
Timing: move‑in mid August/early September; planning to stay long term
About me: 19 year old male; tidy, respectful and sociable. I enjoy going out with friends but also appreciate a quiet night in, and I’m looking for housemates who value a clean, friendly home. I’ll be working part‑time in Edinburgh alongside my studies.

What I’m after: furnished or part‑furnished room in a friendly. Not looking for student halls. Parking or bike storage would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
