A Bolton room for 6 months

I've just accepted a job at the University fo Greater Manchester and will be relocating from Kent. I need a room to rent for 6 months whilst I sell my house in Kent. Happy with a small room as long as I have space for clothes and to keep my running gear. Need acces to a kitchen to cook. Would also prefer a washing machine so I don't have to visit a laundry. Very quiet, tidy, and considerate tennant. I work full time, so won't be in during the day. I'll also be travelling back to Kent quite a few weekends, so may or may not be there at the weekend.
