Mature professional looking for a chill home

I’m a mature professional looking to share with no more than 2 others. I work for a mental health funder and have a creative practice on the side in filmmaking. I have an office I can go to 5 days a week if the space doesn't allow for occasional WFH.

In terms of home life, it would be great not to just be ships passing in the night, to get to know each other a bit, but I very much have my own life, friends, and activities, so hopefully we can find a good balance of creating a friendly household while giving each other space. In terms of pets, I'm definitely a cat person, but can warm to certain breeds of dogs.

In my downtime at home, I listen to music or audiobooks, watch films, try out new recipes, and am generally quiet, tidy, and considerate.

An en-suite bathroom would be a bonus, but not a necessity.
