Looking for a room in Edinburgh

Hi, I'm looking for a flatshare in Edinburgh or the surrounding areas with good transport links to the University of Edinburgh (Bioquarter campus - near the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh).

I'd prefer a smaller flatshare with one other person and an en-suite bedroom (but happy to discuss alternative options).

I'm currently doing a PhD and I'm very focused on my studies. I'm friendly, open-minded, quiet, and like to keep my home clean. I highly value a calm and considerate home environment where privacy is respected.
