Seeking double room or buddy ups

Hi, I'm Matt! I'm looking for a double room in a flat share or buddy ups, ideally in North/East but also flexible on other locations.

I'm looking for a sociable house that can chill and go out together at weekends but also appreciates each others space and different social circles. You can never go wrong with a house trip to the pub.

I'm into health and fitness, spending my spare time doing crossfit and some weekends at competitions/events. Outside of this I'll be going out for food &/or drinks, normally around east way.

I've lived in London for 4 years now and previously lived by myself in Mcr before moving down, so I can pull my weight in the house and keep the place super clean.

My current tenancy ends 23rd September but I can be flexible on moving date.
